Here I list some situations(questions) which you may face coming from your customers during GZ Fair.
Q1: why you call it intelligent pump? Which kind intelligent it presents for?
A: You can just install ICP pump in your water pipes, fill up the self-priming water, connect the cable to the power, and than push the “start” button, the pump will operate as your expected. The only thing you would care in to install it well, and the pump will deal with the others. For example, if you take a shower and only you in your house at that time, which means it needs about 15L per minute for the pump. So the pump will operate in a lower speed. Suppose now there is another people use the toilet in third floor, so now it needs another 15L per minute for the pump, The pump can detect your this need and increase its running speed and pumping more water for your family. When you finish the shower and closed the tap, the pump detects this change and makes its speed lower. And when you close every tap then the pump will stop its operation. During this period, you do nothing but close or open the tap, our pump do something. Just is this ‘something’, we call it intelligent. Of course, we also use intelligent in pump another occasions including normal condition identify; check and restart pump when power fail.
Q2: How ICP pump can save energy?
As you know, pump consuming is concerning about its speed. Even lower a little bit, the power consuming will drop quite many. In traditional pump, as speed can’t be changed so we have to make pump motor on its max power. But in many occasion of pump using there is little case when pump operated on Max power. That means in many occasions the pump would waste its energy.
I’d like remind you, lower speed means lower power consumed. For our ICP100A pump, when a max power needed, the pump is operated on higher speed. When little water supply needed, it operates in lower speed. The power difference between lowest speed and highest speed would be up to 500W. It is energy saving for about 55% then traditional water pump in the same performance.
Q3: Which occasion is most suitable for ICP pump
ICP100F the max capacity is up to 100L/min, so it is suitable for a house with max 6 taps opened at the same time. So usually it is installed in building with three to five floors. But few capacity(2taps only or flow less than 30L/min) occasion would not so good for ICP100A pump.
Q4: what is the difference between automatic pump and ICP pump?
Booster automatic pump is base on pressure switch. If there is not water inside the pump, that means there is not pressure, will always running until the pump failed. But ICP100A will stop when lock of water.
Automatic pump can’t changer its speed. So it is always running at a larger power operating. But ICP100A can running on a various speed according different Head and Capacity.
